About 20 years ago, I learned about heavy equipment on the job sites. Forklift or Telehandlers is a machine with hydraulic power to lift, move, and reach over any new construction or renovation if the space is available. Having a machine such as a forklift gives us the opportunity to be efficient and helpful with the building process. So when people ask about the most useful and important tool in the job site, I would answer with it being a forklift, if you are renovating or building a new house. I know what you are probably thinking but let's be honest, in the last couple years it’s been hard to find people who want to work in construction. Having two or three guys along with the assistance of the machine you can definitely build anything without all the additional expenses and labor.
Of course we need a lot of tools in the trades but by using a basket for more mobility if you need to reach safely to install soffit and fascia boards and if you have the space for the machine this will be much more fun and safer than trying to level an extension ladder.
